Unlike other less lethal systems, the CLE is capable of incapacitating multiple combatants simultaneously. Additionally, the solution used in the CLE is four times hotter than any OC on the market causing an incapacitation period of approximately 45-60 minutes. Allowing the user ample time to subdue and affect an arrest on multiple combatants. All at a much more affordable price than other less lethal options. For these reasons the CLE is a far superior design to any other less lethal tool available.

Pouring Rain

Even in a torrential downpour, the CLE and OC solution will operate as intended. The rain may wash the solution off, but the effects remain. Time and air are the only true decontaminants.

 HIGH WINDS

Whether you live in sunny Los Angelos or windy Chicago, the CLE will deploy and incapacitate its target. The CLE is designed to launch OC at an aggressor at 590 ft/sec (405 mph). This allows the OC to cut through 30mph crosswinds to strike its intended target.

FREEZING COLD

Unlike other less lethal options, the CLE does not depend on electronics for deployment. The CLE uses reinforced polymer plastic which requires no maintenance. Additionally the CLE will still have its desired effect in cold weather due to the target areas.

Commonly asked questions

  • What about cross contamination?

    The CLE uses no aerosal in its OC solution, therefore there is no lingering OC in the air after deployment. This eliminates the biggest drawback that officers have with using OC products.

  • What is the effective range?

    The CLE has an effective range of 7-23 feet, with documented cases out to 30 feet. The spread of solution is approx. 1'x1' at 15 ft.

  • How long do the effects last?

    Without decontamination the OC solution will incapacitate a combatant for approximately 45-60 minutes. This gives ample time for the user to gain compliance and subdue the combatant.

  • What does the warranty cover?

    The CLE Delivery System comes with a 4-year warranty from the date of purchase except for the laser, which carries a 90-day warranty. Any attempt to take apart, tamper with or repair the CLE will void the warranty.

  • How many shots does the CLE have?

    The LE cartridges provided by JPX America, Inc. are two shot cartridges making two shots possible without reloading. However, we also provide either a single or double mag holder allowing for the capability for six total shots.

What is the CLE Unit?

The Centurion Law Enforcement Delivery System (CLE) is the name of a highly effective less-lethal pepper spray delivery system that uses a patented pyrotechnic propulsion system to launch an inflammatory agent. The TADS Unit uses a hotter OC (Oleoresin Capsicum) solution than any other OC formula on the market. It has a pyrotechnic delivery system and a user-friendly design to launch a OC solution at an assailant at 590 ft/sec (405 mph)

Because the CLE is made with high impact polymer plastic and no necessary electronics or batteries it is far easier and less expensive to maintain. The CLE also comes with a 4 year limited warranty from the date of purchase (except for the laser, which carries a 90-day warranty).
